The Christmas spirit was alive at the most anticipated assembly of the year today! At today’s Winter Wishes assembly over 100 students were granted a winter wish! Wishes granted were things like Takis, Red Bulls, a cake from Costco, homemade cookies & brownies, blankets, books, snack baskets, gift cards, sports balls, sodas, and more! The ASB works extremely hard to make this assembly happen and spread Christmas cheer throughout the school. It wouldn’t be possible without the ASB as well as donations from the CHS staff!
The Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball, Girls Wrestling, and Boys Wrestling teams were also recognized today. They are each having a great season so far. Come out to support the Eagles and winter sports!

Our Hicap students got in the Christmas spirit to decorate the playground for the holiday season. Each student designed and labeled a Christmas object on graph paper; keeping in mind the size of the area of fence they were using and the circumference of the cup. The students voted on each others’ designs and a winning design was chosen to be completed. They had a lot of fun in this project and they hope that it brightens the day of everyone that sees it.
Merry Christmas.🎁🎄
Thank you Mrs. Harris!!!
